How is this different from the Programme Delivery Framework?
Programme Delivery runs any programme, end-to-end. This is built for one thing: sponsorship – the relationship with a sponsor, the protection of a named beneficiary, and recurring income. The two work together, and the finance and risk tools referenced here come from the Programme Delivery Framework.
Are these templates we fill in, or guides to work through?
Templates and tools you fill in. The Word documents are ready to complete with your own details, the CRM is a working Excel workbook, and a short guide and a standard operating procedure explain how it all fits together.
We only sponsor children or orphans. Is the project side relevant?
The framework is built first for sponsoring a person, so that side is the main focus. If you never fund a project, those parts of the templates sit unused. If you later take on a project, ongoing work, or a cause, the same system already handles it.
We work overseas or through local partners. Does it cover that?
Yes. The whole system is built on keeping full information internal and sharing only non-identifiable summaries, with consent recorded for every photo, video and story, which is exactly what overseas and partner-delivered sponsorship needs.
Do we need our own safeguarding and data protection policies?
Yes. The framework references your policies at the right points rather than replacing them. If you don’t yet have them, put them in place before you run the programme.
Can we edit everything?
Yes. The documents are standard Word and Excel files that you adapt and reuse as often as you like.
Do we need the Programme Delivery Framework as well?
No – this stands on its own. If you run projects and want fuller finance and risk tools, the Programme Delivery Framework’s set slots in alongside it.
